Dream of girlfriend

I kept seeing tweets to my girlfriend from people asking if she was ok, I had no idea what happened or was happening to her. I noticed she had kept a conversation with this one guy and she had obviously been talking to him and confiding in him for advice. When I texted her about it she wouldnt tell me what was wrong and I could help her. She wouldnt let me and we got in a fight because she would tell the other guy but not me.
