Dream of girlfriend

I dreamed i saw my ex girlfriend with another man and smiling and everything. Basically all the memories we had together, but instead of with me, it was with him. Basically seeing everything we had but on the outside and he with another guy who she's been talking too. Almost so real it hurts me to sleep more than it does to stay awake an deal with the same stuff. Please help.
