Dream of girlfriend

I am a lucid dreamer and when these sort of dreams happen I lose control and cannot manipulate them. My girlfriend is pregnant and becomes possessed by an evil spirit. I catch the spirit and force it to leave. Later I enter her parents' house and they are clawing at her face, controlled by the same spirit. I have another confrontation with the evil spirit and it leaves. Then I wake up.
