Dream of screaming, injured

I saw a black and white photo of my sister-in-law next to a horse. Then I could hear a battle in the distance but could not see it. I could hear screaming and gunshots. Then I was in a old hospital with the injured people from the battle. One man I saw missing toes and another man missing his face. The faceless man was screaming.
