Dream of children, friends, have a crush, shoes, woman

I attended a concert with a guy I have a crush on. He had friends there also. A dark haired woman confronted the guy and was upset that he was on a date with me and that they have children but he does not have children. We know each other in waking life in the past and he looked like back then 20 years ago. Other activities were at the concert and I took off my shoes, white sneakers. When I returned to get my shoes the dark haired woman was there and struggled to take my sneakers. I took another pair of sneakers that fitted, black and more worn with a rip near the toe area. The dark haired woman appeared to just finish selling tickets there and was upset her dog was in a car accident and I posted online about a dog in mishap. Much less severe and I was insensitive. The guy I’m with left the concert to meet up with his friends elsewhere

I was walking down a hallway of a hospital, I saw two past friends who are both doctors in different countries, don’t know if we interacted, but one told the other to come with her and she took her into a restricted area. I continued down the hallway and came upon a wing of the hospital that the majority of the hospital staff did not know was retrofitted as a quarantine area. Many people were in that quarantine area mainly black foreigners. It was like the couldn’t wait to see a staff personnel that they didn’t see before to tell them all that was happening in that quarantine area. I had a dream and in my dream I was in a garden party to my Right was a slope in front of me was my friend Barbara sat on a chair on the right was Adam; Barbara‘s chair was broken and it was just about to collapse, but we noticed it just before it did and changed her chair. She was smiling. I was then talking to Barbara addressing her as Mum but Adam then said why don’t you call her Nan? I remember talking to someone before for some reason I felt that this other person did not believe what I was saying. I assertively said God will give me a job and will make way and I walked off in peace. the walk was uphill.
