Dream of children

I was driving with 3 children and a dog in an old beat up VW, with the top down, and traffic was moving slowly, when a white dog with saliva dripping from its mouth tried to jump in and barely missed me when he tried to bite me. As traffic moved ahead I hit the gas pedal and avoided the bite. Without looking back at the dog, I heard its screams of pain as someone killed it.
